Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for people who are serious about change. Founders, artists, executives, leaders, and ambitious people in transition come to Imari, a Los Angeles-based coach, speaker, and facilitator, when they are ready to stop circling the same questions and start living with more clarity, confidence, and integrity. This is not generic self-help. It is for people who want depth, but also results.
Is this therapy?
No. Therapy often focuses on healing, processing, and understanding the past. Coaching with Imari focuses on clarity, action, leadership, communication, identity, and the future you are actively building. There may be emotional depth, but the work is oriented toward movement.
Do you work with executives?
Yes. Imari has coached top-performing executives at Fortune 500 companies including billionaire founders and professional athletes.
Is this remote or in person?
Both. Most coaching happens remotely. The Identity package includes a private 2-day retreat that can take place in Los Angeles or wherever the client is based.
